PS : I feel it is not just someone who can pen or write things is a poet or guest poet, even those who are expressing themselves in field of acting or in sport or in daily life - are expressing themselves in form of a beautiful poem.

I believe everyone in his / her field is a guest poet or can become guest poet by expressing themselves or flowing freely and naturally.

Thick-headed

It is good to have

to take up ( lift up like helicopter ),
but indeed it was not
the case with this one!

He came, he saw and

This Helicopter once took off,

Just One Dream ( Raghu to Surabhi )

And he googled her name thousand times, checked messenger, browsed thru his previous whatsapp chats and switched off and on his mobile to ensure there is no lapse at his end. Yet Surabhi was just nowhere unlike last two years when she was the first one to wish Raghu on his birthday!

Raghu was going thru a mixed feeling of happiness and sadness at the same time and it was difficult for him to realise out of these feelings which one is sweeping him away! Though Raghu was prepared for this as he and Surabhi have been away from each other since quite sometime, yet he was carrying a little hope ,that may be today - Surabhi would ring and wish him happy birthday,but that was not going to happen.

As I flip thru the pages 2016,
I realise some unforgettable
pages got striked out, and
more unexpected got added !

Happy, sweet, sour
and a little tangy!
2016 was a full potpourri!

Yet I'm thankful
