JOURNEY

It was yet another journey in the train...
gossips & facts ..matched the pace of the train..
looking through the window we hailed small towns & passing villages once again..
cleanness of air ..greenery was everywhere..but
suddenly horror struck..again when man light up ..his Desi cigarettes..
we laughed & only left to say ..life in a train..
It was yet another journey in the train..

we found hard even to stand ..but vendors..
enjoyed moving through those narrow lanes..
irritated but still we listened ..ongoing banal chit chats..once again
It was yet another journey in the train..

open mouthed sleeping creature .. small weeping & large snoring ..
was the common feature..they all just blown away our lights..
with cooking of new stories..we headed for our yet another overnight fight..
all we knew it was going to be yet another scary night..
as we crawled slowly for our own plight..

It was yet another expedition ..which we somehow survived ..
that night ..it was a yet another..roller coaster ride..that night
